Honda Driving Excellence is a national program that recognizes efforts made by a Honda dealership towards providing a best-in-class customer experience to its guests. It evaluates customer feedback in all departments, through mystery shops and store process audits by Honda representatives.
In 2019 & 2020, Birchwood Honda West received the award for achieving excellence in Honda’s Customer Experience Recognition Program which recognizes dealerships that deliver an exceptional customer experience level.
“Honda Driving Excellence™ Dealer” recognizes dealers for outstanding achievements in Sales & Service Mystery Shops, and 12 additional key performance indicators.
Birchwood Honda West’s newly updated dealership offers a spacious sales showroom where customers are able to view the entire Honda vehicle line-up with the assistance and guidance of our experience product specialist sales professionals. The parts department stocks an extensive line of products like tires and Honda Accessories designed specifically for each Honda Model. The Service department features a spacious drive-up area and service bays where our team of Honda Trained technicians, with over 100 years of experience, is able to perform everything from regular maintenance to specific vehicle repairs.

Over 1,200 people work for the Birchwood Automotive Group, across Southern Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Our service technicians are manufacturer certified, and all employees undergo rigorous training to uphold our quality standards.
